On some days we hear unfriendly voices whisper in our ears. “Keep working we don’t have enough yet.” Or “Be careful they don’t cheat us out what we deserve.” It seems to be telling us to be always suspicious and hoard your wealth well. However if we listen closely we can hear another voice in our other ear. This mellow voice simply says “Be grateful! For gratitude can fill our heart’s hollowness much more quickly.” Listen to this friendly voice. It is the Holy Spirit calling us to be more than we are at any given moment. Try this today and live this day well.
